Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern use of vforcesecurity.com, and the terms of our shift and post text message program.

Effective date: October 28, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by VForce Security, Inc. (“VForce,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a licensed private patrol operator in the State of California, California PPO# 122415, with offices at 4501 Auburn Blvd, Suite 106, Sacramento, CA 95841. By using vforcesecurity.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This website is not an offer or a contract

Everything on this site is general information about the services we provide. It is not an offer to perform services, a quote, or a binding commitment, and nothing you submit through this site creates a client relationship.

Security services are provided only under a written services agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — not this website — defines scope, coverage hours, post orders, pricing, insurance, indemnities and every other term of the engagement. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement controls.

3. Licensing and regulated services

VForce Security, Inc. is a licensed Private Patrol Operator in the State of California, PPO# 122415, regulated by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. We provide services only where we are properly licensed to do so. Any description of services on this site is subject to the licensing, permitting and training requirements that apply to that service and that location.

4. No security advice, no guarantee of outcome

Content on this site is informational and general. It is not a risk assessment, a security plan, or professional advice about your specific property, and you should not act on it as though it were. Every site is different, and only an actual assessment can tell you what yours needs.

Security services reduce risk; they cannot eliminate it. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee or warranty that any person or property will be protected from loss, injury, crime or damage.

5. Text message program terms

These terms govern the VForce Security, Inc. — Shift & Post Notifications program, our text messaging program for VForce officers and supervisors.

Who it is for. The program is for VForce employees and for applicants who have asked us to contact them. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of being hired. Employees enroll through our employee text and call consent form, or by giving consent in writing to a supervisor.

What we send. Shift assignments, shift changes and schedule confirmations; post assignments, post order updates and site access instructions; requests to cover an open shift or provide relief; call-off acknowledgements and replacement coverage; and urgent notices affecting a post you are assigned to. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies with your schedule and your assigned post. Most participants receive a few messages per week; during a schedule change or an emergency coverage situation it may be more.

Message and data rates may apply. VForce does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates for text messages and data do apply.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been removed, and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call 866-306-7506.

Opting out does not affect your employment or your standing with VForce. It means your supervisor will reach you by phone call instead of text.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation and delivery are outside our control and may change.

Your number and your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.

Keeping your number current. If your mobile number changes or you give up a number, tell your supervisor and re-submit the consent form with the new number, so that messages intended for you do not reach someone else.

Phone calls are covered by the same program. Where you have separately consented to automated or prerecorded calls, those calls are limited to the same operational subjects listed above, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by telling your supervisor or calling 866-306-7506.

6. Permitted use of the site

You may view, print and download pages from this site for your own non-commercial reference, including to evaluate us as a vendor. You may not copy, republish or redistribute the site’s content for commercial purposes; scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its hosting; introduce malicious code; interfere with the site’s operation; use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages; or use our name, logo or content in a way that implies an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, design, graphics, photographs and the VForce name and logo — is owned by VForce Security, Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Client names appear on this site to identify organizations we have served and do not imply those organizations endorse us. Any other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

8. What you send us

When you submit a form on this site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive personal information through this website — including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers or health information. Email and web forms are not secure channels.

Submitting a careers form is an expression of interest. It is not an application for a specific position, not an offer of employment, and it creates no employment relationship or promise of one. Employment with VForce, if offered, is subject to licensing, background screening and our written employment terms.

Except for personal information, which we handle under our Privacy Policy, any suggestion or idea you volunteer to us through this site may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

9. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but content may become out of date and may contain errors or omissions. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the site will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components. This section applies to the website only. It does not disclaim any warranty or obligation contained in a signed services agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VForce Security, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to this website is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100.00). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing in this section applies to our obligations under a signed services agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VForce Security, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms or of any law.

13. Third-party links

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse, control or take responsibility for their content, practices or availability.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VForce regarding your use of this website. They do not supersede, modify or limit any signed agreement between you and VForce.
